SHIPPING UPDATE - Due to the latest changes in Government guidance and increased lockdown level some delays may be experienced.

SERVICES:

Evri UK Tracked Standard (2-4 business days) - Free over £30

Hermes UK Tracked Next Day (1-2 business days) 

Royal Mail International Tracked (Europe: 3-5 business days, Worldwide: 5-7 business days)

All orders will receive shipping confirmation & a tracking number via email upon dispatch (excludes stickers)

CUSTOMS CHARGES:

If you are not in the UK you may be charged import duty and VAT or other taxes (which are all imposed by your government) when the items arrive. From 1st January 2021 that includes EU countries.

The international delivery company will advise you of the amount due, and you must pay these charges before they can deliver your goods.

If you do not pay within the time the carrier specifies, the order will be automatically returned to our warehouse in the UK. Upon receipt of the goods there, we will refund you but we will deduct the shipping costs.

We hate the situation just as much as you do and wish we could do more to sort it!

RETURNS:

Any items must be sent within 28 days of shipment receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise.

The goods should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with both the printed receipt and return form for a refund or exchange. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

Please fill out the returns form and return the item/s in an unworn & re-sellable condition to the following address:

We cannot refund any postage charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items *, accept any returns of underwear, accept items that aren't in their original packaging or not in a re-sellable, like-new condition. (*This includes the cost of delivery for any items sent under a Free Delivery upgrade)  

Grim Parkour will not issue refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at the retail price will have any exchange/refund option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale. All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.
